WorldStage Newsonline– Ronchess Global Resources Plc has confirmed the resignation of Mr. Celestine Osimhen as the Financial Controller of the Company.
A notice to the Nigerian Exchange Limited by Chris. Egba Oruete, Company Secretary said the resignation took effect from 24thNovember, 2023.
“Consequently, the Company wishes to announce to the general public that Mr. Celestine Osimhen, is no longer working with Ronchess Global Resources Plc,” the notice said.
“Benedict Olamide Osilaja is now the acting financial controller of the company.”
