WorldStage– Healthcare and pharmaceutical company Juli Plc, the first indigenously promoted company quoted on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX), has formally adopted its 2025 Annual Financial Statements alongside all outstanding accounts spanning from 2015 to 2024.
The decisions were finalized during the company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at the Juli Plc Headquarters in Ikeja, Lagos.
Key AGM Outcomes
Adoption of Financial Accounts: Shareholders unanimously approved and adopted the Chairman’s Statement, the 2025 Annual Financial Statements, and the previously outstanding 2015–2024 accounts, together with the accompanying Directors’, Auditor’s, and Audit Committee’s reports.
Director Retirements: Four directors retired from the board pursuant to Section 259 of the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA): They are Mrs. Julia Omosalewa Adelusi-Adeluyi; Mr. Olanrewaju Ajayi; Mrs. Abiola Macaulay; Mrs. Lohdir Asabe Atu
Board Appointments: To fill vacancies and strengthen governance, shareholders elected and confirmed six new directors: They are Prof. Lere Baale; Mr. Dele Adesina, SAN; H.E. Ahmed Yakassai; Mr. Adeolu Adelusi-Adeluyi; Mr. Ike Onyechi; Mrs. Olufunke Ogunranti
Auditor Remuneration & Executive Disclosure: The board was authorized to fix the remuneration of the External Auditors. Additionally, disclosures regarding the remuneration of the company’s managers were presented in compliance with Section 257 of CAMA 2020.
