WorldStage– Haldane McCall PLC has announced that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Friday, October 23, 2026, to review and consider the company’s Unaudited Financial Statements for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026 (Q3, 2026 UFS).
The official notification, released on October 5, 2026, and signed by company secretary TOLG Nominees, was submitted to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), shareholders, and the general investing public.
In compliance with Rule 17:18(a) of the NGX Rulebook regarding Closed Periods (as amended), Haldane McCall PLC confirmed that a trading restriction commenced on October 1, 2026. The closed period will remain in effect until 24 hours after the Q3 2026 UFS is publicly released.
During this period, company insiders and connected persons are prohibited from dealing directly or indirectly in the securities or products of the company, or possessing/sharing price-sensitive information.
