WorldStage– Transnational Corporation Plc (Transcorp) has officially notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), its shareholders, and the general public that its Board of Directors will convene on Friday, October 23, 2026.
According to a corporate disclosure signed by the Group Company Secretary, Atinuke Kolade, the primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the Company’s Unaudited Financial Statements for the third quarter ending September 30, 2026 (Q3 2026 Financials).
In adherence to Rule 17.18 (a) of the NGX Closed Period Rules (as amended), Transcorp declared a closed period on the trading of its shares starting Thursday, October 1, 2026.
The trading restriction applies to all company insiders—including directors, officers, employees, and their connected persons—prohibiting them from directly or indirectly dealing in the securities of Transcorp.
The closed period will remain in effect until 24 hours after the Q3 2026 Financials have been formally filed with the NGX and released to the public.
