WorldStage– DAAR Communications Plc has officially announced the commencement of its closed period trading restriction, effective Thursday, October 1, 2026. The directive precedes the upcoming release of the company’s Unaudited Financial Statements and Accounts for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026.
The notice was issued in a regulatory disclosure signed by the Company Secretary, The Structure HQ Limited, on October 2, 2026, in compliance with Rule 17.18(a) (Closed Period Rules) of the Rulebook of The Exchange, 2015 (Issuers’ Rules).
Under the restriction, no insider, consultant, or person closely connected to the broadcasting company is permitted to directly or indirectly deal in DAAR Communications Plc shares. The trading freeze will remain in effect until 24 hours after the Q3 2026 financial accounts are officially published via the Issuers’ Portal of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) to the general public.
The management confirmed that all key internal stakeholders and insiders have been appropriately notified and advised on compliance regarding the trading prohibition.
