WorldStage– Heirs Insurance Group got recognitions as one of Africa’s fastest growing companies, according to the Financial Times ranking.
Heirs Life Insurance and Heirs General Insurance beat 128 other companies to it, and clinched Nos 7 and 41 respectively.
Heirs Insurance Group is the insurance arm of Heirs Holdings, the leading pan-African investment company, operating in 24 countries and four continents. Its third subsidiary is Heirs Insurance Brokers.
Niyi Onifade, sector head, Heirs Insurance Group, said the ranking is a validation of the group’s unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional value to customers, and the focus on sustainable, technology-driven growth.
“As proud pioneers of digital transformation in the Nigerian insurance sector, we continue to reflect the spirit of excellence defined by our parent company, Heirs Holdings. We are committed to building financial resilience, not just in Nigeria, but across the entire African continent.”
The group last week launched Prince AI, a multi-language generative AI assistant the company claimed will transform how Africans access and engage with insurance services.
Among other tasks, Prince will be resolving enquiries, engaging customers real-time, and smoothing the customers’ experience.
