WorldStage– Following Dangote Cement Plc’s announcement of 12 May 2026 and the subsequent approval by its shareholders of the proposed secondary listing of the Company’s shares on the London Stock Exchange, the Company has announced that it will be hosting a Capital Markets Day (CMD) in London on 21 September 2026.
In a notice signed by Edward Imoedemhe, Company Secretary of Dangote Cement Plc, the Capital Markets Day will give investors and other stakeholders an update on Dangote Cement’s strategy, operations and business priorities.
It will also provide an opportunity for direct engagement with the company’s senior management.
