WorldStage– Regency Alliance Insurance Plc has projected a profit after tax of ₦785.80 million for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2026.
According to the forecast statement submitted to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), the insurer expects to generate an insurance revenue of ₦12.09 billion during the period.

Cash Flow Outlook
In its cash flow projection, the company anticipates net cash generated from operating activities to stand at ₦75.00 million. Financing activities are expected to yield ₦5.54 billion, while net cash flow from investing activities is estimated at a net outflow of ₦5.61 billion.
Regency Alliance expects its cash and bank balances to close the fourth quarter at ₦1.71 billion, reflecting a slight increase from the ₦1.71 billion expected at the beginning of the period.
