WorldStage– International Breweries Plc has announced key dates for its proposed N84 billion Return of Capital to shareholders following regulatory and judicial approvals. The distribution will be executed on a pro-rata cash basis, entitling qualifying shareholders to N0.50 (Fifty Kobo) per share.
Key Corporate Action Dates
Qualification Date: September 16, 2026. Only shareholders registered in the company’s Register of Members by close of business on this date qualify for the payout.

Closure of Register: September 17, 2026. The register will be closed to finalize the list of eligible shareholders.
