WorldStage Newsonline—Zenith Bank Plc, one of Nigeria’s leading banks has confirmed that its Board of at its meeting on Thursday, January 28, 2021 considered and approved the Group Audited Consolidated & Separate Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2020 and payment of a final dividend.
The decisions are subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
Zenith Bank in a notification at the Nigerian Stock Exchange on Thursday signed by Michael Osilama Otu, Company Secretary said the investing public would be immediately notified upon approval of the statements by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
