WorldStage Newsonline– University Press Plc, a Nigerian firm focusing on publishing, sales and distribution of educational books and materials on Friday released its audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st March 2020 with a 16.68% growth in profit attributable to owners of the entity at N127.186 million from N109.003 million in previous year.
The profit was despite a slight decline in revenue to N2.066 billion from N2.316 billion.

“The proposed dividend is subject to withholding tax and is payable in November, 2020 to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at close of business on Friday, 25 September, 2020,” the company said.
