WorldStage Newsonline– SUNU Assurance Nigeria Plc has confirmed the resignation of Mr Karim-Franck Dione as its Non-Executive Director effective 27th October, 2023.
In a notice to the Nigerian Exchange Limited signed by Taiwo Kuku, Company Secretary, the resignation was said to have been accepted at the board meeting on Friday 27th October 2023.
The notice said Karim-Franck Dione’s resignation was inevitable going to his new role at the SUNU group
“The board appreciates the contributions of Mr Karim-Franck Dione to the growth of the company and wish him success in future endeavours,” the notice said.
