A note to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) signed by Mrs Adesua Akintemi, Company Secretary on Wednesday said Mr Bello is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria
It said, “He is an account with over 30 years experience. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Studio Press. Prior to this, he was Chief Accountant of Management Enterprises Limited as well as Industrial Cartons Limited and Senior Accountant at FMDS Consultants Ltd, Associate Consultant at Olufemi Osinowo&Co.
“He is a former banker whose wealth of experience in finance and corporate governance will be pivotal to the success of the company.”
