WorldStage Newsonline– PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc has notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) that a meeting of its Board of Directors has been scheduled for Friday 25th September 2020 to consider the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for its financial year ended 31st May 2020 and Quarter 1 Unaudited Financial Statements for the financial year 2020/2021.
The notice to signed by Jacqueline Ezeokwelume, Company Secretary/Legal Adviser, the Company had declared the commencement of the closed period for trading in its shares from 9th September 2020 until 29th September 2020 when the results will be released to the NSE and by extension, the general public.
“Hence, no director, person discharging managerial responsibility, employees with sensitive information, advisers and consultants of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company until the aforementioned date,” the notice said.
