WorldStage– The board of directors of Okomu Oil Palm Company Plc, Nigeria’s second leading palm oil producer with N135.4 billion asset base, has approved the proposal to pay final dividends for the 2025 financial year.
According to a March 15 disclosure on the Nigeria Exchange Group (NGX), the company declared N26 per share as its final dividend in 2024.
It also declared an interim dividend of N10 per share last October which it paid in November.
Expectations run high the company will declare N84 per share as total dividend for the 2025 financial year.
The directors also announced the closed period remained in place until 24 hours after the release of the audited financial statements to the public.
