WorldStage– NEM Insurance Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited (“NGX”) and the investing public that the tenure of Mrs. Joy Teluwo, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, expired on the 29th of July 2026.
According to a notice by Ifunanya Iwuagwu, Company Secretary, “Mrs. Joy Teluwo has ceased to serve on the Board of the Company with effect from the 29th of July 2026.
“The Board of Directors expresses its appreciation to her for her valuable contributions to the Company during her tenure and wishes her success in her future endeavors.”
