Morison in a notification at the Nigerian Stock Exchange said its board had approved the appointment of Mr Adesoji Akinola Oladejo as its Managing Director from January 4, 2021.
The notification described Aladejo as a business process consultant with Tillbridge Limited
He was described as a certified project management professional with over 25 years work experience in the business consulting among other qualifications.
