WorldStage– Consumer goods giant Honeywell Flour Mills Plc (a subsidiary of Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc) has officially notified shareholders and the investing public that its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will hold virtually on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
According to a regulatory disclosure filed with the Nigerian Exchange (NGX), the Board of Directors has recommended a dividend payout of N0.20 per ordinary share of 50 kobo each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval and appropriate withholding tax deductions.
Key Highlights from the Notice:
Dividend Qualifications & Payment Date: If approved at the AGM, dividends will be paid on Thursday, September 17, 2026, to shareholders whose names appeared in the Register of Members at the close of business on August 28, 2026.
Closure of Register: The company’s Register of Members and Transfer Books will be closed from Monday, August 31 to Friday, September 4, 2026 (both days inclusive), to prepare for dividend processing.
Board Re-elections: Shareholders will vote on the re-election of retiring directors, including Mr. Omoboyede Olusanya, Mr. Anders Kristiansson, and Mr. Sadiq Usman.
Proxy & Statutory Voting: Shareholders intending to appoint proxies must ensure completed and stamped proxy forms reach the company’s registrar, Atlas Registrars Limited, at least 48 hours before the meeting. Additionally, nominations for the Statutory Audit Committee must be submitted at least 21 days prior to the meeting.
