WorldStage Newsonline– Cutix Plc has issued a notice of share dealing by insiders involving 42,760 shares purchase by Dr Gilbert Obiajulu Uzodike, a substantial shareholder at N1.75 per share which amounted to N74,830.
The notice signed by Nwokporo Chinwendu, Company Secretary said the transaction took place on 15th September 2020.
