WorldStage Newsonline– Cutix Plc, a Nigerian quoted firm which manufactures and markets electrical, automobile and telecommunication wires, cables and related products has confirmed a purchase of 1,483,224 shares of the company at N1.75 per share by Dr Gilbert Obiajulu Uzodike, substantial shareholder.
A notice of share dealing by an insider signed by Nwokporo Chinwendu, Company Secretary said the transaction took place between 9th to 14th September 2020.
