According to a corporate notice published on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) on September 16, 2026, the exercise is part of a comprehensive regularisation process conducted with the “No Objection” of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and in compliance with SEC Administrative Proceeding Committee decision IN RE: APC/5/2013.
