WorldStage Newsonline– Cornerstone Insurance Plc, a major insurance firm in Nigeria has issued a notice that a meeting of its Board of Directors will hold on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at Cornerstone Complex, 21, Water Corporation Drive, Off Ligali Ayorinde Street, Victoria Island, Lagos (via teleconference) at 10.00 am.
The notice at the Nigerian Stock Exchange said the AGM will be to consider the Company’s Unaudited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter ended September 30, 2020.
The notice said the closed period will be from Wednesday, September 30, 2020 until 24 hours after the release of the Company’s Unaudited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter ended September 30, 2020 to the NSE and the general public.
