The financial statements of the group which is listed on the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX) were certified by Chief Executive Officer Adegbite Falade and Chief Financial Officer Adegbola Adesina on 29 July 2026.
Key group financial highlights for the Half-Year (January–June 2026 vs 2025) include revenue ₦2.49 trillion (up sharply from ₦368.08 billion), gross profit ₦1.44 trillion (from ₦163.16 billion), operating profit ₦1.06 trillion (from ₦118.62 billion), profit before tax ₦752.71 billion (from ₦191.31 billion), profit attributable to equity holders ₦153.66 billion (from ₦144.53 billion), and basic & diluted earnings per share ₦35.37 (from ₦33.26).
Key group financial highlights for Second Quarter (April–June 2026 vs 2025) include revenue ₦1.76 trillion (from ₦168.21 billion), gross profit ₦1.18 trillion (from ₦77.81 billion), operating profit: ₦677.79 billion (from ₦55.06 billion), and basic EPS: ₦20.13 (from ₦25.49)
Statement of financial position as at 30 June 2026 put total assets at approximately ₦10.88 trillion and total Shareholders’ Equity at approximately ₦2.17 trillion.
The Group’s operations cover crude oil, gas, refinery, and investment properties. Revenue is derived from both domestic and export markets. The functional currency is the US Dollar, with presentation in Naira.
