WorldStage Newsonline– Access Holdings has confirmed that the death of its Chairman, Bababode Osunkoya on November 21, 2023 was after a brief illness.
The group in a notice at the Nigerian Exchange Limited signed by Sunday Ekwochi, Company Secretary said, consequently, the company now has a nine-member board comprising six Non-Executive Directors (two independent) and three Executive Directors inclusive of the Group Executive Officer.
“We will notify the subsequently of the board’s choice of his successor,” the notice said.
