WorldStage Newsonline– Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc, a major insurance firm has issued anotification of share dealing by insiders involving Adedotun Ogunbiyi, a holder of 5% or more share through cross deal on 3,110,000 shares at 0.20 per share.
The notification at the Nigerian Stock Exchange signed by Jide Ibitayo, Company Secretary said the transaction took place on September 10, 2020.
