WorldStage Newsonline– ABC Transport Plc has issued a notification of meeting of its board of directors on 26th September 2020, to consider amongst other things, the raising of additional capital for the company through the existing shareholders
The notification to the Nigerian Stock Exchange by Onyekachukwu Chigbo, Ag Company Secretary said the commencement of closed period will be from 10th September, 2020 until 24 hours after the publication to the Exchange
It said, no director, person and other discharging responsibility, employees with sensitive information and other insiders of the company and their connected person may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the company during the closed period.
