WorldStage Newsonline– The National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) has warned about the danger of modifing NIN data on unauthorized websites, saying this may compromise personal information and put people at risk of identity theft.
NIMC in a statement by Dr. KayodeAdegoke, Head, Corporate Communications stated that in order to ensure the security and integrity of National Identification Number (NIN) data, modifications can only be done on the official NIMC self-service portal: Selfservicemodification.nimc.gov.ng
