WorldStage Newsonline– United Capital Plc has released its audited consolidated and separate financial statements for the period ended 31 December 2023 with 18.3% jump in group profit for the period to N11.42 billion from N9.65 billion in 2022.
Group gross earnings also rose to N45.895 billion from N26.896 billion in 2022.
Meanwhile, the directors have proposed a dividend of N1.80 kobo per ordinary share of 50 kobo each amounting to N10.8 billion, be paid to shareholders upon approval at the Annual General Meeting.

debt restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and debt capital markets. Through its subsidiaries and affiliates, it provides additional services
