WorldStage Newsonline– Rak Unity Petroleum, a petroleum marketing company has announced plans to hold its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday 25, September 2020 at the Function Room, Muson Centre Onikan, Lagos at 11am.
In a notice to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) signed by Mr oyindamola Ehiwere, Company secretary, the AGM will be to lay before the meeting the audited financial statement of the company for the year ended 31 December 2019 together with the reports of the directors, the auditors and the audit committee thereon; to re-elect retiring directors; to authorize the directors to fix the remuneration of the auditors; to elect members of the audit committee.
The AGM is expected to be attended by use of proxies while company book is scheduled to be closed from 24 August 2020 to 28 August 2020.
According to the notice, the directors to retire by rotation are Mrs Moroti Adedoyin-Adeyinka and Mr Obumneme Okonkwo.
