WorldStage Newsonline– The Company Secretary/Legal Adviser, Olalekan Sanni of Vitafoam Nigeria Plc, a foam manufacturing company based in Ikeja, Lagos, has been reported to have purchased 100,000 units of the company at the Nigerian Stock Exchange on 21st August, 2020.
A notification of share dealing by an insider signed the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser himself on September 1st, 2020 confirmed that the stocks were purchased at N5.25 per share which translated to N525,000.
Vitafoam is one of Nigeria’s largest foam manufacturers, producing both flexible and rigid polyurethane products. The company also owns interest in Vitafoam Ghana and Vitafoam Sierra Leone.
