WorldStage Newsonline– The Group Head, HR of Sahara Group, Emilomo Arorote has shared her experience on how the group’s talent management policy enabled over 6,000 employees to grow the capacity required for adapting and transiting into different roles.

Now, I am privileged to serve as the Group Head, HR within the organisation.
