WorldStage Newsonline– Northern Nigeria Flour Mills Plc, a Kano based wheat, sorghum, and maize miller has confirmed that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company for the year ended 31 March 2020 will hold at Bristol Palace Hotel, 54/56 Guda Abdullahi Road, Farm Centre, Kano on 8th September 2020 by 2pm while a dividend of 15k per 50 ordinary share shall be paid electronically on 10 September 2020.
In a notice to the Nigerian Stock Exchange signed by Ogwuche Theophilus, Company Secretary, shareholders in the register as at 24 August 2020 will get the dividend while the company register will be closed between 25-28 August 2020.
on Tuesday released its annual report for the year ended 31 March 2020 to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) with revenue growth of 113% at N8.841 billion from N4.150 billion in 2019
The company’s operating profit rose to N562.192 million from N527.868 million while profit for the year jumped to N64.635 million from N31.696 million losses in 2019.
Meanwhile, the directors of the company have recommend N26.73 million dividend to shareholders at the forthcoming annual general meeting which represents a dividend of N0.15 per ordinary share of 50 kobo each.
The company did not issue dividend in 2019.
