Mutual Benefits Assurance confirms dealing by insiders on 17,002,000 shares

WorldStage Newsonline– Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc, a major player in Nigeria’s insurance sector has confirmed share dealing by insiders involving the selling of 14,502,000 units at N0.21 by Adedotun Ogunbiyi who held 5% or more shares of the company.

A notice signed by Jide Ibitayo, Company Secretary said the transaction to place on 4^th of September 2020 and 7^th of September, 2020.

In a similar development, the company Secretary also confirmed that, a director, Ebube Ezeagwula purchased 2,500,000 units at N0.21 also on 4^th of September 2020.
