The suspended Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Governor, Godwin Emefiele has been ordered by a Federal High Court in Lagos to forfeit some assets when he or any other interested party failed to contest the last and an earlier interim forfeiture order

*1 undeveloped land, measuring 1919.592sqm at Oyinkan Abayomi Drive Ikoyi, Lagos
*1 bungalow at No. 65a Oyinkan Abayomi Drive, Ikoyi, Lagos
*Four-bedroom duplex at 12a Probyn Road, Ikoyi
*1 industrial complex under construction
* 22 plots of land in Agbor, Delta State
*8 units of an undetached apartment at No. 8a Adekunle Lawal Road, Ikoyi
*1 full duplex together with all its appurtenances on a plot of land at 2a Bank Road, Ikoyi, Lagos
