In a notice sent to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), the AGM will be to present the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31st December 2019 and Reports of the Directors, the Auditors Report and Audit Committee’s Report thereon; To declare a Dividend; To re-elect Directors retiring by rotation; To authorize the Directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors; To elect members of the Audit Committee.
The register of members and transfer books of the company is expected to be closed from Tuesday, 1st of September 2020 till Friday, 4th of September 2020 both dates inclusive for the purpose of updating our register of members.
On dividend payment, the company said if the proposed dividend of 5 kobo per share as recommended by the Directors is approved by members at the Annual General Meeting, e-dividends will be paid to Shareholders’ accounts in accordance with the directive of the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday, 22nd of September 2020 to the shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members at the close of business on Monday, 31.t August 2020.
