WorldStage Newsonline– Cutix Plc has issued a notice at the Nigerian Stock Exchange that its 37th Annual General Meeting will hold by proxy at the company’s Head Office, 17, Osita Onyejianya Street, Umuanuka, Otolo Nnewi, Anambra State on Friday, November 27, 2020 at 11am
The notice signed by Chinwendu Nwokporo, Company Secretary said the AGM will be to receive the audited accounts for the year ended April 30, 2020; to declare a dividend among others.
It said that the register of members and transfer books will be closed from Monday November 16, 2020 to Friday November 20, 2020 for updating while dividend if approved will be paid directly to account with 72 hours after AGM to members whose names are in register at close of business on November 13, 2020
