WorldStage Newsonline– Cutix Plc, a Nigerian quoted firm which manufactures and markets electrical, automobile and telecommunication wires, cables and related products has issued a notice of share dealing by insiders involving 300,000 shares purchase by Dr Gilbert Obiajulu Uzodike, a substantial shareholder at N1.70 per share which amounted to N510,000.
The notice signed by Nwokporo Chinwendu, Company Secretary said the transaction took place on 18th September 2020.
