WorldStage Newsonline– Airtel Africa plc, a leading provider of telecommunications and mobile money services, with a presence in 14 countries across Africa on Tuesday announced the appointment of Awuneba Ajumogobia, an Independent Non- Executive Director of the Company, to the Audit and Risk Committee with immediate effect.
A notification to the Nigerian Stock Exchange signed by Simon O’Hara, Group Company Secretary said, Ajumogobia will continue to serve as a member of the Company’s Remuneration Committee.
