WorldStage Newsonline– Vitafoam Plc has notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange and the investing public that an insider, Dr BO Makanjuola, a non executive director had purchased 78,320 at N5.55k which amounted to N434,676.
The notified signed by Olalekan Sanni, Company Secretary said the transaction took place on 4th September, 2020.
