WorldStage Newsonline– John Holt Plc, a Nigerian conglomerate and subsidiary of John Holt & Co. (Liverpool) Ltd on Monday issued a notice of its 58 Annual General Meeting to hold at Radisson Blu Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, on Tuesday 29th September, 2020 at 11.00 am.
The notice AGM at the Nigerian Stock Exchange signed by Ada Nkwocha (Mrs.), Company Secretary will be to review the Directors’ Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2019, the Report, to re-elect Directors among others.
The notice said the closure of Register of Members and Transfer Books will be from Monday 14th September 2020 to Friday 18th of September 2020 both dates inclusive, for the purpose of updating the Register of Members.
The company recorded a 32.95% decline in revenue during the year ended 30th September, 2019 at N1.793 billion while it returned to profit with N218 million from a loss of N81 million in 2018.
