WorldStage Newsonline– Nigerian Enamelware Plc, a manufacture and marketer of a range of enamelware, plastic products and galvanised buckets on Monday released its financial statements for the year ended 30 April, 2020 to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) with revenue dropping by 33% to N497.933 million from N740.232 million in 2019.

The report confirmed that Mr Lewis Tung and Paul Tung, two of its directors would retire and by rotation be eligible for re-election at the end of the financial year.
The company was incorporated in Nigeria on 21 May, 1960 as a private limited liability company. It went public on 28 December, 1979 in compliance with the Indigenization Decree of 1977 and was granted a listing on the NSE. It adopted its present name on 6, June, 1991 in compliance with the provisions of the Companies and Allied Maners Act, CAP C20.
