The directors in submitting to the shareholders the financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2020, proposed payment of dividend of 5k per ordinary share of 50 Kobo each for the year ended 31 March 2020 down from 15k paid in 2019.
Meanwhile, the company recorded a profit after tax of N17.931 million in its first Quarter from 1st April 2020 to 30th June 2020 from N188.665 loss in Q1 2019.
