WorldStage Newsonline– Zenith Bank Plc has announced the retirement of Mr Gabriel Ukpeh, an Independent Non-Executive Director from the board of the bank with effect from March 8, 2024.
A notice at the Nigerian Exchange signed by Michael Otu, Company Secretary said the retirement followed the expiration of his tenure of office in line with regulations, having served the bank for eight years as Independent Non-Executive Director.
