WorldStage– Shareholders of Northern Nigeria Flour Mills Plc (NNFM Plc) approved the company’s audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, during its 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Monday, September 14, 2026, at the Tahir Guest Palace in Kano.
The resolutions passed pursuant to Section 123 of the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020 saw shareholders receive the reports of the Directors, Auditors, and Audit Committee Alongside the annual financial statements.

Board Elections and Ratifications
During the meeting, three retiring directors were re-elected to the board: They are Mr. John Coumantaros, Alhaji Rabi’u Mohammed Gwarzo, OON, and Mr. Joseph Umolu.
In addition, shareholders formally ratified the appointments of three new directors appointed since the previous AGM: They are Mr. Devlin Hainsworth, Mr. Nassib Raffoul, Bar. (Mrs.) Batulu Mohammed Koguna
Audit Committee and Governance Matters
Shareholders authorized the board of directors to fix the remuneration of the external auditors. Furthermore, elections were conducted for the Statutory Audit Committee:
Shareholder Representatives Re-Elected: Alhaji Bello Umar Gwangwazo, Alhaji Lawan Sule Garo, and Alhaji Sadiq A. Othman.
Board Representatives Nominated: Alhaji Sani Umar and Alhaji Auwalu Muktari.
