WorldStage Newsonline– Northern Nigeria Flour Mills Plc has announced the appointment of Mr Boye Olusanya as the Managing Director/CEO of the company.
A notice at the Nigerian Exchange signed by Theophilus Ogwuche, company secretary said the board of director at its sitting of the board on 9th December, 2021 also approved the appointment of Alhaji Rabiu Gwarzo as the chairman of the board of director .
The notice said Alhaji Alhassan Aminu Dantata also resigned his position as Director and Chairman of the company.
Mr Adrian Naidoo, was said to have been appointed as a non-executive director at the meeting.
