WorldStage Newsonline– FBN Holdings Plc, Nigeria’s leading financial group has announced the appointment of Mr Seni Adetu and Mrs Juliet Anammah as independent non-executive directors and Mr Out Hughes as a non-executive director.
While Mr Seni Adetu was a former Managing Director /CEO Guinness Nigeria Plc, Juliet Anammah is the chairwoman Jumia Nigeria & Head of Institutional Affairs Jumia Group.
Moreover, Otu Hughes has over 25 years experience in operations and strategy, principal investment, mergers and acquisition as well as capital raising in both the US and sub-Saharan Africa.
FBN Holdings said the appointments are subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria and the shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting.
