WorldStage Newsonline– Cutix Plc, a Nigerian quoted firm which manufactures and markets electrical, automobile and telecommunication wires, cables and related products has confirmed a purchase of 60,000 shares of the company at N1.70 per share by Adtec Ltd, a company related to a substantial shareholder Dr Gilbert Obiajulu Uzodike.
A notice of share dealing by an insider signed by Nwokporo Chinwendu, Company Secretary said the transaction took place on 28th September 2020.
