WorldStage Newsonline– Dangote Cement Plc, Nigerian multinational publicly traded firm which engages in the manufacture, preparation, import, packaging, and distribution of cement and related products in Nigeria and has plants or import terminals in nine other African countries has issued a notice of its board meeting to hold on October 23, 2020.
The notice at the Nigerian Stock Exchange signed by Edward Imoedemhe, Deputy Company Secretary said the closed period will be from October 8, 2020 until 24 hours after the relevant resolutions taken at the board meeting are released to the public.
During the closed trading period, no insider may deal in the securities of the company.
