Major Share Sale: Creditville Nigeria Limited divested 70,000,000 ordinary shares at an aggregated volume-weighted average price of ₦3.29 per share, generating a total transaction value of ₦230.30 million.
Tranche 1: 20,000,000 units at ₦3.28 per share.
Tranche 2: 50,000,000 units at ₦3.30 per share.
