WorldStage Newsonline– Caverton Offshore Support Group Plc has confirmed the resignation of Mrs Titilola Adigun as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO)and from board effective November 2, 2020.
A note to the Nigerian Stock Exchange signed by Amaka Obiora, Company Secretary/Legal Adviser said the board of director had also appointed Mr Chesa Okoroafor as her replacement.
Okoroafor joined Caverton Helicopers Limited, a subsidiary of the group in 2010 as an internal auditor.
